The Mission

At Peakpoint Services, we believe that true impact goes beyond business results—it extends to
the communities that shape our future. We are proud to launch Peakpoint Community
Teamworks, our dedicated Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) department, with a flagship
initiative focused on dignity, inclusion, and sustainable development.

## The Beneficiary

St. Faith's Mission Primary School holds a unique and critical position in Zimbabwe’s
educational landscape. It is the only institution in the region dedicated to catering to children
with all types of disabilities. For these vulnerable students, the school is not just a place of
learning; it is a sanctuary of support and community.

## The Evolution of the Project

Our initial engagement began with a technological goal: to bridge the digital divide by providing
high-speed internet connectivity to the school.
However, true partnership requires listening. Upon visiting the site and engaging with the
headmaster, staff, and the children, we realized that digital connectivity—while important—was
secondary to more pressing, fundamental needs. We pivoted our strategy to address the
hierarchy of needs: Water, Sanitation, and Dignity.

The Critical Challenges

Our on-site assessment uncovered two major infrastructure deficits that directly impact the
health and well-being of the students:

  1. Water Security: The school’s existing borehole system is failing. To ensure a consistent,
safe water supply for daily use, the system requires a complete refurbishment, including
the installation of a sustainable solar-powered conveyance and storage system.
  2. Accessible Sanitation: The current reliance on Blair toilets presents a significant
barrier. These facilities are not designed for children with physical disabilities, creating
daily challenges that impact their hygiene, independence, and dignity.

Our Commitment

Peakpoint Community Teamworks is dedicated to co-creating sustainable solutions for St.
Faith's. We are moving beyond "donations" to "development." Our roadmap includes:

● Refurbishing the Water Infrastructure: Ensuring reliable, green-energy powered
access to water.
● Upgrading Sanitation: Constructing accessible facilities that restore dignity and ensure
safety.
● Digital Integration: Once the fundamentals are secured, delivering on our original
promise of internet connectivity to open the world to these students.
